A panel of 2 randomly selected Audience Members and a local dignitary will judge the cooking competition as you dine.
THE BERNIE Pizza oven fires up pre-dinner snacks served with a signature cocktail, as Chef David Burke competes against challenger TBA in a friendly cooking competition. Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient.
20 years in the industry working with and for some of the bigger names including David Burke. Creating my company The Beastro, I have become a private chef and pop up chef where I have the ability to showcase the way I see food with the mindset of my clients. I didnt grow up with a nonna in the kitchen, who fun family food traditions (aside thanksgiving food fights) so when I took this seriously.. being a Clifton Passaic Paterson kid.. Cultural cuisine was everything… Being a metal punk drummer.. that attitude kicked in.
