Red Horse restaurant celebrated its arrival in White Plains with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The restaurant is the creation of celebrity chef David Burke, who is considered a leading pioneer in modern American cuisine.
County and city leaders gathered to enjoy hors d’oeuvres, like Burke’s famous clothesline bacon.
“Me and my generation like to go out to eat, and it’s not just the food itself, but it’s the social moment that we have,” said Westchester County Executive George Latimer.
