Dixie Lee Bakery, Keansburg
For 85 years, this bakery has been serving the Keansburg community. Chef David Burke recently took over as owner. The bakery will change its name to David Burke’s Dixie Lee Bakery and will provide Burke’s other seven Jersey restaurants (including Morristown’s 1776 and Union Beach newcomer the Goat) with baked goods. The bakery’s new website and social channels are currently under construction.
