Celebrity chef David Burke has pledged to open his first new restaurant in three years in a Midtown East office tower. According to that New York Postthe Iron Cook America star is bringing a 148-seat contemporary American brasserie called Park Ave Kitchen to 277 Park Avenue between East 47th and 48th Streets in May 2023. The deal reportedly includes a 49-seat fast-casual cafe that will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Burke currently has eight restaurants in New Jersey, one on the Upper East Side, five more in New York, and a handful elsewhere.
