A panel of 2 randomly selected Audience Members and a local dignitary will judge the cooking competition as you dine.
The GOAT by David Burke’s Pizza oven fires up pre-dinner snacks served with a signature cocktail, as Chef David Burke competes against challenger Chef Alexandra Donnadio in a friendly cooking competition. Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient.

A Detective with the Essex County Sheriff’s Office and Hillsborough, nj local, Alexandra Donnadio, has a fiery passion for cooking that is igniting as she competes on the FOX television series “Next Level Chef.” Donnadio recently opened Iron & Oak Catering where she specializes in open fire cooking and offers a wide range of catering services to suit any occasion.
