Between courses Chef pulls back the curtain to show you “behind the scenes” tricks to cooking some of his creatively presented Thanksgiving dishes and classics. Learn how to make Gluten-Free Stuffing and how to Steam a Turkey. Chef will take you through his culinary career and intimate stories from his journey.
