Two of Monmouth County, NJ favorites join together to invite you to an elegant and upscale wine-paired dinner featuring Sea Bright Wines and Chef David Burke’s RED HORSE cuisine.
Sea Bright Wines is owned by Brian Kelly and Jen Walsh who live in Sea Bright and Rumson, NJ, respectively. The bridge connects them. It wasn’t long before these two locals discovered the up-and-coming Paso Robles, CA wine region, that they began producing their own wine. Their grapes are sustainably grown in calcareous soils, hand-picked in the vineyard at sunrise at optimal natural sugar content, meticulously inspected, fermented, and aged separately in French Oak barrels for 30-42 months. These small batch wines are made with the highest quality process and attention to detail to deliver an exceptional experience.
