MId-August opening planned by well-known shore native chef
Internationally acclaimed Chef David Burke brings his culinary mastery to Asbury Park with Asbury Kitchen by David Burke, a pop-up restaurant at the former site of Modine on Mattison Avenue. A mid-August opening is scheduled.
The restaurant will have outdoor dining seven nights a week for dinner from 4 – 10 p.m., also included will be a happy hour every day from 4-6 p.m. Brunch will be served Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Takeout will be available.
