New Jersey is breathing a fresh air of hope this week as the Garden State begins reopening procedures! South Orange restaurant David Burke Orange Lawn is excited to reopen with an all-new garden terrace.
Starting Tuesday, June 16th from 5 to 9 PM, the eatery’s new garden terrace will see patrons dining under the stars. The terrace is in compliance with New Jersey’s current reopening rules, allowing restaurants to resume business with outdoor seating.
David Burke Orange Lawn is a celebrated establishment, chosen as one of NJ Monthly’s 30 best restaurants in the state. Patrons eager to return must call in to make reservations, in accordance with reduced-capacity safety measures.
“We are so excited to be reopening,” said Chef David Burke, an internationally-awarded chef and owner of multiple New Jersey restaurants. “We have missed seeing everyone so much.”
Shaded beneath a canopy and decorated with beautiful potted flowers, the terrace is opening with the utmost care for safety. Patrons will be asked for their full contact information, and to submit to a temperature screening before entering.
In addition to the new dining terrace, David Burke Orange Lawn has installed a patio for those waiting to enter. If you find yourself arriving early, why not unwind with a cocktail first?
