What’s Your Beef? prix fixe dinners at $70 per person Wednesday’s 6:30 – 8:30 two times monthly that will transport you back to muscle cars, big hair and disco! The name pays tribute to a former beloved eatery in Rumson. There is limited seating so reserve asap online or call (732) 576-3400. The menu includes passed hors d’oeuvres, a 70s-style chopped salad, a trio of prime beef – 10 ounces of three cuts exquisitely prepared three ways. You will also be treated to two glasses of Red Horse private label wines. As you dine experts (often Chef Burke himself) will discuss the various cuts of beef and what makes Red Horse beef so special. Dates for the What’s Your Beef are June 8, June 22, July 6, July 20.

Red Horse by David Burke will also continue its highly popular Sushi & Steak Omakase Dinners twice monthly on Wednesdays as well. The Omakase dinners are Chef Burke’s take on the traditional Japanese style of “chef’s choice” tasting menu of ten dishes using the finest sushi and Red Horse’s exclusive F1 Wagyu beef, each dish has breathtaking presentations. In fact, make Tuesdays your new date night. On nights without special dinners there is the “Live in the Loft Tuesdays”music series with local acoustic entertainment and All Night Happy Hour. Music starts at 5:30 and ends at 8:30.
