Orchard Park by David Burke is celebrating more than just the holidays for 2021. This December marks their first anniversary since opening inside the Grande Chateau Hotel in East Brunswick on December 8, 2020. Of course, they are also serving special holiday menus on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. First, on Christmas Eve, they have an a la carte menu from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm. About Christmas Dinner at Orchard Park by David Burke
The Christmas Day prix fixe menu costs $85 per adult and $45 per child 5 and under. First, it starts with a choice of appetizers from Winter Green Salad, Parsnip velouté, or Kale and Romaine Caesar; in addition to Beet Carpaccio and Burrata Cheese, Crispy Pork Belly Confit, Long Island Fluke Crudo, or Lobster Dumplings. Then, the main course features a choice of Christmas Duck, Leg of Lamb, Pan Roasted Halibut, or Atlantic Salmon; as well as Handmade Garganelli Pasta, Filet of Beef Wellington, or Surf and Turf. They also have a special 40-day dry aged 32 oz Cote De Boeuf for 2. (But this costs an additional $25.) Finally, dessert features a handful of signature choices; such as Cranberry Strudel, Chocolate Hazelnut Tart, Ice Cream Sliders, the Tiny Dancer Chocolate Cake, or a Cheesecake Lollipop Tree.

Orchard Park by David Burke is on the first floor of the Chateau Grande Hotel in East Brunswick. The dress code is smart casual. (So no beachwear athletic tops, t-shirts or sweatpants, casual tops, flip flops, excessively revealing clothing, or baseball caps.) Children are welcome and high chairs are available. Valet parking is available for $5, but there is also free self parking as well.
