We sought out some top bartenders around NYC to find golden-hued cocktails that will make everyone feel like a winner that night. Here are the drinks that received our nominations.
CHAMPAGNE PEARLS AT MISTER FRENCH
A toast is always in order when the winner grabs a golden statue, and what better way to celebrate than with a bit of champers? Created by Steven Mazzuca and Elvis Rosario for Mister French, this bubbly number combines Veuve Clicquot champagne with an organic house-made pear and saffron reduction, Marie Brizard Pear Williams cordial, and a dash of lavender bitters. It’s garnished with 3 pear-infused ice pearls (ice spheres) to provide the perfect finishing touch of glitz and glamour.
