ABOUT KYLE POWELL
Born and raised in Little Silver, Kyle has been a proud part of the local community and meat industry for over 20 years. A seasoned butcher known for his dedication, craftsmanship, and heart, he fulfilled a lifelong dream in June 2025 when he became the owner of Monmouth Meats in Red Bank, a prime butcher shop with old school flair. Carrying an array of prime and wagyu beef cut to order.
Kyle now lives in Red Bank with his wife , Carissa and their spirited two-year-old daughter, Karlie. When he’s not behind the counter or the grill, he’s likely listening to music , enjoying a family getaway to Vermont in the fall, or yelling at the current Jets QB on the television.
