Through 200+ episodes he has interviewed everyone from musicians like The E Street Band’s Stevie Van Zandt\, to Astronaut Chris Hadfield\, to legendary entertainers — like Shelley Fabares\, Lewis Black\, and the late Ed Asner. John has made a name for himself as a highly entertaining and engaging host who authentically draws the most compelling stories out of his guests. \nJohn has also appeared in various shows on FXX\, SiriusXM\, NBC\, FOX and CNN. He’s been featured in the NY Times\, The LA Times\, TMZ\, The Hollywood Reporter\, and has written for Newsweek. Additionally\, he is the creator and star of “Duppet.” The short film\, which debuted on Amazon Prime\, centers on a snarky puppet that becomes the physical manifestation of his depression. John also leverages his expertise with advocates and researchers exploring the connection between comedy and social impact. As a result\, in 2023 John was asked to join a Doctoral dialogues discussion with students and professors in the St. John’s University Multi-Sector Communications PHD Program. Using the platform he’s built with Dystopia Tonight\, John hosts an annual 24-hour live stream event\, with past guests\, to raise money for the National MS Society in NY. \nAs a comedian\, writer\, and host\, John is highly sought after for his point of view on social issues\, pop culture\, comedy and politics.
