Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient. \n1st Cook Off \n5pm Appetizer  \n5:30pm Second Cook Off  and Judging \n6pm Main Course  \n6:45pm Dessert  \n7-7:30pm  Q & A + photo time! \n\nChef Mike Butler\nExecutive Sous Chef\nDelaware North: Met Life Stadium\nChef Mike Butler is a David Burke Alum – and has worked at Fromagerie (now Red Horse by David Burke – Rumson)\, David Burke Townhouse and other locations.  Mike attended Culinary School in New York and furthered his education working for Celebrity Chefs including Burke\, Danny Meyer\, Tom Colicchio and Jean-George. Committed to learning and teaching\, Mike has furthered his culinary knowledge in CIA’s PRO CHEF program\, “investing a lot of time and resources into culinary education and development\, it’s my job as a chef to keep learning and showing peers who come after me what’s possible\,” said Butler\, who joined Delaware North as a sous chef at MetLife Stadium\, home of the New York Jets and the New York Giants\, and has since been promoted to executive sous chef. \nChef Burke is excited for this competition and curious to see what new tricks Chef Mike has up his sleeves! \nSample Menu from Previous Cooking Competition\nMenu will be updated:
