DESCRIPTION:Friday\, March 14\, 2025 \nComedy Night\n3-Course Dinner & A Show\nHeadlining \nMelvin George\nfeaturing Mike Keegan\nhosted by Geno\n3-Course Dinner\nDoors at 6:30pm; Please arrive promptly for seating\n$95 per person. \nTICKETS \nMelvin George\n“The King of Smooth!”… tall\, lean\, bespectacled and armed with a brazen sense of “cool.” Melvin made his comedy debut in his hometown of Boston and moved to New York City where he quickly became successful. A trained actor and director\, Melvin used his theatrical training as a member of “The Kitchen Table Comedy Team” in New York\, making appearances at Carnegie Hall\, The Village Gate and on several local TV shows. Melvin has appeared in concert with such celebrated artists as Chaka Khan\, Gladys Knight and the Pips\, Roberta Flack\, Patti LaBelle\, The Commodores\, The Temptations and The Four Tops. Melvin’s successful showcase at the National Association for Campus Activities’ Southeast Regional Conference resulted in over 60 college dates\, netting him a coveted showcase spot at the 1989 National NACA Convention in Nashville. In 1990 he was nominated for National Campus Entertainment Award for comedy. He has been seen in the films “Mo’ Better Blues” and “Meteor Man”. Melvin also appeared on Fox’s “Comic Strip Live”\, A & E’s “An Evening at the Improv”\, “Caroline’s Comedy Hour” and HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam.”\n \nMike Keegan\nMike Keegan is a fast rising\, up and coming comic from Long Island\, NY. He won a contest for NYC’s “Best New Comic of 2012”. His likable stage presence and original humor keeps audiences captivated and always satisfied. He has had a passion for stand up comedy since he was a young child\, and his energy and enthusiasm on stage shows just that. He can be seen all over New York City\, Long Island\, and the Poconos and on such legendary venues as Gotham Comedy Club and Comic Strip Live. He created the viral IHateWeddings.com At the end of the day\, Tom is happiest telling jokes among the people. Known for taking a producer’s eye to a live audience and his quick wit\, Tom creates a unique high energy experience every time he takes the stage. \nHarris Stanton\nHarris Stanton is an American comedian based in Brooklyn. Harris attended Spartanburg Methodist College in Spartanburg\, South Carolina. In 1996\, he was drafted by the Chicago cubs in the 52 round of the major league amateur draft. He decided to pursue comedy\, leading to an almost three decade-long career. Harris tours nationally and internationally including appearances on European television. He has been featured on BET’s Comic View\, Premium Blend\, and Comics Unleashed and as a sketch character on Saturday Night Live. He produced and opened for the comedy album with Patrice O’Neal\, “Elephant In the Room”. Harris tours with Tracy Morgan\, Dean Edwards\, Kevin Hart and performs all over the country. \nJon B\nMENU
