We don’t want to be the biggest\, but we do want to be the BEST. This means consistently having the best quality products and the best service in the industry. \nWHAT WE DO:\nWe are pioneers in healthy and sustainable alternatives to conventional red meat. SUMMARY:5/22 DINNER in the DARK with Chef David Burke
DESCRIPTION:The Loft “Speakeasy”\nRed Horse by David Burke\nRumson\, NJ\n6:15pm \nJoin Chef David Burke\, Thursday\, May 22nd in the Loft “Speakeasy” for a blindfolded 5-Course Sensory Experience Dinner complete with wine and cocktail pairings. \n$100 per person \nTICKETS \nChef David Burke will guide you\, blindfolded\, tasting each course and pairing designed to heighten the senses of taste and smell. This immersive\, social evening starts with a cocktail reception at 6:15.\nThe menu is a surprise! \n\n  \n“Often\, we are consumed by the surroundings and chatter at a restaurant. But when one of your senses is taken away you must tune into the others\,” said Webb – \nNJ Patch by Carly Baldwin- Casey Webb\, host of “Man vs. Food” on the Cooking Channel. \n\nBurke’s new M.O. is designed “to make the evening all about surprise and discovery. It’s really empowering to learn how much your other senses can add to a meal when you can’t see what’s going on.” \nThe reason\, Burke says\, is that “tasting without seeing refocuses your taste buds on flavor and texture. You sniff the food\, explore its crispness or creaminess. Your hearing is enhanced\, too. So is your social radar. You chat with your neighbors without knowing what they look like\, which is very cool.”\nChef Burke interviewed by NJ Monthly by KT Harrison \n\n**Price does not include tax and gratuity**

Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient. \nDaniel Mancini\nI am the co founder of Mama Mancini’s a National Italian supermarket brand that’s uses recipes I learned from my Grandmother many years ago. Our signature item is her meatballs in sauce – I am a “HOME COOK”\, obsessed entrepreneur\, traveler\, foodie and Tewksbury NJ resident. I believe passion fuels ideas and there is no such thing as a bad one or too much passion. I look at a picture I have of my Grandmother Anna Mancini holding me as a baby and think wow if my Grandmother only knew that all those countless days of me learning how to cook by her side in Brooklyn would turn into this. After 25 years in the garment industry I decided in 2009 it was time for a change. My idea\, real meatballs made the Italian authentic way and sold in sauce. To me there was no other way they should be offered\, that was my big idea so Mama Mancini’s was born\, the rest is history. So I say this to everyone who has an idea\, never give up\, don’t listen to the people who say it won’t work. No idea is a bad idea and always chase your dreams. Let’s cook. \nMENU TO BE REVEALED.\nThis is the previous Beat Burke Cooking Competition Menu.

To be able to celebrate his birthday\, through my talents\, our restaurants and our company we honor the 90/90 mission. HATS OFF to Jaques and thanks for everything he’s done for the industry and for chefs around the world! – Chef David Burke \n \nMENU\n  \n\n\nJacques Pépin will be turning 90 years old on December 18\, 2025. In honor of this momentous occasion\, professional chefs\, culinary personalities\, and home cooks across the country will host dinners and fundraising events to support the Jacques Pépin Foundation.\nThe Jacques Pépin Foundation supports free culinary and life skills training\, through community-based organizations\, that help individuals detached from the workforce gain confidence\, skills\, and employment in food service.\nAs we celebrate and honor Jacques’ legacy\, we aim to connect professional chefs with their local Community Kitchens and become ambassadors of our mission to change lives through culinary education.

DESCRIPTION:The Loft “Speakeasy”\nRed Horse by David Burke\nRumson\, NJ\n6:15pm \nJoin us\, Thursday\, April  25th in the Loft “Speakeasy” for a blindfolded 5-Course Sensory Experience Dinner complete with wine and cocktail pairings. \n$100 per person \nTICKETS \nRed Horse by David Burke Chefs and Sommeliers will guide you\, blindfolded\, tasting each course and pairing designed by Chef David Burke to heighten the senses of taste and smell.
