A trained actor and director\, Melvin used his theatrical training as a member of “The Kitchen Table Comedy Team” in New York\, making appearances at Carnegie Hall\, The Village Gate and on several local TV shows. To be able to celebrate his birthday\, through my talents\, our restaurants and our company we honor the 90/90 mission. After 25 years in the garment industry I decided in 2009 it was time for a change. My idea\, real meatballs made the Italian authentic way and sold in sauce. To me there was no other way they should be offered\, that was my big idea so Mama Mancini’s was born\, the rest is history.
