Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient. \n1st Cook Off \n5pm Appetizer  \n5:30pm Second Cook Off  and Judging \n6pm Main Course  \n6:45pm Dessert  \n7-7:30pm  Q & A + photo time! \nChef Casey Webb\nCelebrated TV host of Cooking Channel’s “Man vs Food\,” Casey Webb attempts to consume large dishes in a competition style at various restaurants across the United States – he has referred to the challenges as a “sport”. He remained host of the series when it made the move from the Travel Channel to the Cooking Channel. Webb’s run with the series has also been aired on the Food Network.
