Witness first hand the Chefs’ creativity as they devise dishes on the spot highlighting flavor profiles and presentation of the mystery ingredient. \n1st Cook Off \n5pm  Appetizer  \n5:30pm Second Cook Off  and Judging \n6pm Main Course  \n6:45pm Dessert  \n7-7:30pm  Q & A + photo time! \nAlexandra Donnadio\nA Detective with the Essex County Sheriff’s Office and Hillsborough\, nj local\, Alexandra Donnadio\, has a fiery passion for cooking that is igniting as she competes on the FOX television series “Next Level Chef.” Donnadio recently opened Iron & Oak Catering where she specializes in open fire cooking and offers a wide range of catering services to suit any occasion.
