Bell, the Kool in Kool and the Gang, hit Chef David Burke’s new Asbury Kitchen on Sept. 25. Don’t be down if you missed it, he’s coming back — this time to the city’s Bonney Read, from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct 2, to sign bottles, pour champagne and meet fans.
“It was great being in Asbury Park last weekend at Chef David Burke’s Asbury Kitchen. So much so I wanted to come back this weekend,” said Bell via email. “I hadn’t been down there in several years. When I was younger, I used to go to Asbury Park often when it was the hottest music scene in the state and it’s great to see it thriving again.”
